Masjid Mein Auraton Ki Namaz Kay 10 Dalaayil


Masajid mein mardo ke peechey auraton ki namaz e ba-jamaat ka jawaaz Ahadees e Sahihah aur Aasaar e Salaf e Saleheen se sabit hai, jis mein se b'az dalaayil darj zail hain:

Daleel No. 1

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:

إذا استأذنكم نساؤكم بالليل إلى المسجد فأذنوا لهن

"Agar tumhaari auraten tum se raat ko masjid jaaney ki ijazat maangen tou unhen ijazat dey do."

(Sahih Bukhari: 865, Sahih Muslim: 442, Tarqeem Darussalam: 988)

Hafiz Ibne Abdul Barr ne farmaaya:

"Is hadees mein yeh fiqh hai ke aurat ke liye raat ko masjid jaana jayiz hai aur is (ke umoom) mein har namaz dakhil hai." alakh...

Daleel No. 2

Ummul Momineen Sayyidah Umme Salamah Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai ke:

"Rasoolullah ﷺ ke zamaney mein jab auraten farz namaz ka salaam pherten tou uth khadi hoti thi, Rasoolullah ﷺ aur mard (Sahabah) baithey rehtey thhey phir jab Rasoolullah ﷺ khadey hotey tou mard bhi khadey ho jaatey thhey."

(Sahih Bukhari: 866)

Daleel No. 3

Ummul Momineen Sayyidah Aisha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai ke:

"Rasoolullah ﷺ subh ki namaz padhtey tou auraten apni chadaron mein lipti huwi jaati thi, andherey ki wajah se pehchaani nahi jaati thi."

(Sahih Bukhari: 867, Sahih Muslim: 645, Muwatta Imam Malik: 1/5 Hadees: 3 Riwayat Ibne al-Qasim: 494)

Is hadees se zahir hai ke auraton ka masjid mein namaz ada karna jayiz hai.

Sayyidah Aisha Razi Allahu Anha se doosri riwayat mein aaya hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Auraton ko masjidon se na rako, aur inhen baghair khushboo ke sadah kapdon nikalna chahiye." Sayyidah Aisah (Razi Allahu Anha) ne farmaaya: "Agar aap aaj kal ki auraton ka haal dekhtey tou inhen mana' kar detey."

(Musnad Ahmed: 6/69,70, Wa Sanadahu Hasan)

Sayyidah Aisah Razi Allahu Anha se ek aur riwayat mein aaya hai ke:

"Agar Rasoolullah ﷺ wo kaam dekhtey jo auraton ne nikaal liye hain tou inhen mana' kar detey, jis tarha Bani Israeel ki auraton ko mana' kar diya gaya tha."

(Sahih Bukhari: 869, Sahih Muslim: 445)

Is hadees se maloom huwa ke auraton ko masjid mein namaz padhney se mana' wala hukm (jo ke sabiqah shari'aton mein tha) mansookh hai, ab Bani Israeel ki mansookh shari'at par amal nahi balke qayaamat tak Nabi e Kareem Khataman Nabiyeen ﷺ ki shari'at par amal hoga.

Daleel No. 4

Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah al-Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Main namaz ke liye khada hota hon aur lambi namaz padhna chahata hon phir bachchey ke roney ki aawaz sun kar namaz mukhtasar kar deyta hon taake us ki maa ko takleef na ho."

(Sahih Bukhari: 868)

Daleel No. 5

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Main namaz mein dakhil hota hon aur lambi namaz padhney ka iradah karta hon phir kisi bachchey ke roney ki aawaaz sunta hon tou apni namaz mukhtasar kar deyta hon, kiyunke main jaanta hon ke us ke roney ki wajah se us ki maa ko takleef hogi."

(Sahih Bukhari: 709, Sahih Muslim, 470)

Daleel No. 6

Sayyidah Zainab as-Saqafiyah Razi Allahu Anha (Sayyiduna Ibne Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu ki biwi) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Agar tum auraton mein se koi aurat 'Isha ki namaz ke liye masjid mein hazir ho tou khushboo na lagaye."

(Sahih Muslim: 443)

Daleel No. 7

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Auraton ko masjidon se mana' na karo aur unhen baghair khushboo ke sadah kapdon mein jaana chahiye."

(Musnad Ahmed 2/438 Hadees 9645 Wa Sanadahu Hasan Wal Lafzu Lah, Sunan Abi Dawood: 565, Wa Sahhahahu Ibne Khuzaima: 1697, Wa Ibne Hibbaan: 2214)

Daleel No. 8

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'yeed al-Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Aye Auraton! jab mard sajdah karen tou tum apni nazron ki hifazat karo."

(Sahih Ibne Khuzaima: 1694, Wa Sanadahu Sahih, Sahih Ibne Hibbaan: 402 Wa Sahhahahu al-Haakim 'Ala Shartil Shaykhain 1/191, Wa Wafaqahu az-Zehbi)

Yane mardo ke tang tehbando ki wajah se kahin tumhaari nazren un ke sharamgha par na pad jaayen.

Daleel No. 9

Sayyiduna Sehal bin S'ad Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke:

Rasoolullah ﷺ ke zamaney mein aurtaon ko hukm diya jaata tha ke mardo se pehle (sajdey, ruku' se) sar na utthayen." elakh..

(Sahih Ibne Khuzaima: 1695, Sahih Ibne Hibbaan: 2216, Wa Sanadahu Sahih)

Neez dekhey Sahih Bukhari (362, 814, 1215) aur Sahih Muslim (441)

Daleel No. 10

Sayyiduna Zaid bin Khalid al-Juhani Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:

"Allah ki bandiyon (aurtaon) ko Allah ki masjidon se mana' na karo, aur unhen baghair khushboo ke sadah libaas mein nikalna chahiye."

(Sahih Ibne Hibbaan: 2208 Wa Sanadahu Hasan, Doosra Nuskha: 2211 Wa Hasnahu al-Haishimi Fee Majmu' az-Zawaaid: 2/33)

In Ahadees mazkoorah aur digar Ahadees ka khulasah yeh hai ke aurtaon ke liye masjid mein namaz padhna jayiz hai bashartke kisi fitney ka andesha na ho aur behtar yeh hai ke auraten apne gharo mein hi namaz padhen kiyunke un par namaz ba-jamaat farz nahi hai.

Sayyiduna Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ki biwi 'Isha ki namaz masjid mein padhney ke liye jaati thi aur Sayyiduna Umar Razi Allahu Anhu unhen mana' nahi kartey thhey. (Sahih Bukhari 900)

Sayyiduna Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu tou is masley mein itni sakhti kartey thhey ke jab un ke ek bete ne kaha:

"hum tou auraton ko (masjid se) mana' karenge." tou unhon ne apne betey ko shadeed alfaaz ke sath daanta aur us ki pitaayi kar di.

(Sahih Muslim 442)

Ek aurat ne nazr mani ke agar us ka shuhar jail se bahar aagaya tou wo basra ki har masjid mein do rakaten padhegi, us ke barey mein Hasan Basri (Rahimahullah) ne farmaaya:

"usey apni qaum ki masjid mein namaz padhni chahiye" elakh...

(Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba 2/484 Hadees 7617 Wa Sanadahu Sahih)

Yane usey tamaam masjidon mein nahi balke sirf apni (mahalley ki) masjid mein namaz padh kar yeh nazar poori kar leyni chahiye.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaaya:

"Auraton ki behtareen saf aakhri saf hai aur sab se buri saf pehli saf hai."

(Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba 2/385 Hadees 7623 Wa Sanadahu Hasan)

Urwah bin Zubair Rahimahullah ne farmaaya:

"Yeh kaha jaata tha ke aurtaon ki behtareen saf aakhri saf hai aur sab se buri saf pehli saf hai."

(Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba: 2/385 Hadees 7624 Wa Sanadahu Sahih)

Imam Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin al-Munzir al-Nishabori Rahimahullah ne farmaaya:

"Ahle ilm ka is par Ijmaa' hai ke aurtaon par Jummah (zaroori) nahi hai aur is par bhi Ijmaa' hai ke agar wo hazir ho kar Imam ke sath namaz padh ley tou yeh un ki taraf se kafi (yane jayiz) hai."

(al-Awsat Jild 4 Page 16, 492, 493)

'Ainee Hanafi ne Imam Shafa'yee Rahimahullah se naql kiya ke:

بياح لهن الخروج

Aurtaon ke liye (masjid ki taraf namaz ke liye) khurooj mubah (jayiz) hai.

(Umdah tul Qaari Jild 6 Page 156 Tehat Hadees 864)

Ahadees e Sahihah aur Aasaar e Salaf e Saleheen se sabit huwa ke auraton ka masjid mein namaz padhna jayiz hai bashartke wo aadaab shar'yiyah aur pardey wagerah ka bahut iltezaam karen, Jummah ke din gharon mein baithey rehney se behtar yeh hai ke wo masjid jaa kar Imam ke peechey Namaz e Jummah padhen aur Khutbah sune taake Deen ki baaten seekhe len.

Hairat hai un logon par jo auraton ki tableeghi jamaaten nikaaltey hain aur phir aurtaon ko masjid mein namaz padhney se mana' kartey hain taake wo la-ilm ki la-ilm rahen aur Deeni taleem se door rahen.

Agar yeh log apni auraton ko Masjid e Haraam aur Masjid e Nabawi se bhi door rakhenge tou phir be-chaari auraten tawaaf aur fazail al-Harmain se mehroom rahengi balke Arkaan e Haj bhi ada karney se qasir rahengi aur is ka ghalat hona zahir hai.
